We will confirm your booking for the log cabin once you have paid the deposit invoice for 50% of the total accommodation cost. The remaining balance must be credited to our account no later than 15 days before arrival, in accordance with the invoice issued.
We will confirm receipt of your deposit by email and send you the accommodation agreement.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed binding reservation, we will charge you cancellation fees according to the terms and conditions of our accommodation, in the amount of:
- Cancellation of stay up to 30 days before arrival - no cancellation fee
- 30% of the total agreed price for the stay in the event of cancellation 29–20 days before the start of the stay
- 50% of the total agreed price for the stay in the event of cancellation 19–14 days before the start of the stay
- 75% of the total agreed price for the stay, in the event of cancellation 14–8 days before the start of the stay
- 100% of the total agreed price for the stay in the event of cancellation 7–0 days before the start of the stay
- The surcharge must be credited to the account no later than 15 days before your arrival.
- If a log cabin is successfully re-rented during the cancelled booking period, we will transfer your payment to a future stay without cancellation fees.
- municipal fee – CZK 50/adult/night is charged on site based on the actual number of guests
In the event of government regulations – a ban on accommodation – your payment will be refunded.
